What the Site is

The Site provides general information about exterior cleaning and a form for sending an inquiry to the site operator. Frontenac Soft Wash is a referral and information site, not a contractor, and does not perform cleaning work. It does not check or verify any provider's license, insurance or work. A saved request is an inquiry only; response time, availability and price are not promised.

How requests are handled

Requests go to the site operator. They are not currently passed to any contractor, partner or other business. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and who receives it.

Hiring a provider

Any agreement for work is between you and the provider you choose. Before work begins, confirm the provider's license and insurance status yourself.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from work performed by anyone you hire.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
