Privacy Policy

Frontenac Soft Wash is a referral and information site for exterior cleaning requests in the Frontenac, MO area. It is not a contractor. This page explains what the site collects, why, and who receives it. Information submitted here is not sold.

Information you submit

The request form collects your full name, email address, phone number and property ZIP code. It also sends the site's name and domain and the time the form was sent.

Information recorded with a request

When the form is sent, the receiving system also records your IP address, your browser's user agent (browser and device type), the page you submitted from, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) in the address of that page. Campaign tags are not saved in your browser.

Page visit counting

The site counts page visits with a small first-party script. For each page viewed it sends the site's domain, the page path, a random session identifier kept in your browser's session storage for that tab, and the origin (domain only) of the referring site to app.localservicestack.com, the site operator's own service. The site uses no advertising or third-party analytics tags, and the script sets no cookies.

Who receives your information

Requests go to the site operator's own lead system at app.localservicestack.com, which stores them and notifies the site operator. The service providers that run these systems are Cloudflare (website hosting), Vercel and Supabase (request intake and storage), and Slack and Resend (notifications to the site operator). Requests are not currently passed to any contractor, partner or other business.

Keeping your information

Request records are stored in the site operator's lead system. This policy does not set a retention period.

This policy may be updated. The version on this page is the current one.
